What is Software Testing??

Software testing:

Software Testing is basically a process of testing the functionality of software with the intent of finding defect as well as testing the software to verify whether the software developed does not deviates from the requirement and to make sure quality product is delivered to the end-user.

Example: suppose you go to buy anything from the store so you tell the shopkeeper your requirement based on that requirement he shows you different products and then you check all that product test it and if meets your requirement you purchase it similarly in software testing the tester tests the products based on requirement given by the end-user.
